Ving trois exercices de calligraphie en cursive noire débutant par un texte de quatre lignes en Naskh nous donnant le nom du calligraphe: Sheikh Ashraf 'Ali élève de Hafez Ali Hussein au mois de Rabi, Al Thani en l'année de1312H (1894). Présenté dans un coffret en bois décoré du verset 286 de Sourate Al Baqara. Quelques déchirures et petites restaurations. A set of calligraphic practice sheets "mufradât", signed Ashraf 'Ali, Lucknow, 19th century 22 plates of shikasta practice sheets and a text in thuluth and naskhi script n a persian wooden box. The text mention that the set was produced by Shaykh Ashraf 'Ali the student of Hafez 'Ali Hussayn of Lucknow. T
