In-4 blue morocco, spine ribbed and decorated, gilt title, date on tail, framed with gilt fillets and garlands, mosaic bust of Arlésienne on first cover, gilt head, inner lace, light blue brocaded silk lining and endpapers, illustrated cover preserved, in edged slipcase. Compositions by O.-D.-V. Guillonnet engraved by X. Lesueur: 20 etchings, including 10 hors texte. Edition at 278 copies; a unique first copy on Japon, containing three states of the etchings and 20 ORIGINAL DRAWINGS by Guillonnet.Estimate
