Spines rubbed and restored, lacking title and giblets. Illustrated headband at beginning of vol. 1. Vol. I. xvi-396 pp. Vol. II. 399 pp. Vol. III. 368 pp. "New edition, completing Galland's translation published in 1724. Cardonne enlarged the work with ten chapters forming a third volume. Based on the Turkish work by Ali Tchelebi entitled Homayoun Nameh (Royal Book); Translation of the Anvari Soheili, made in the first half of the 10th century of the Hegira.
