Dear collectors and friends of all stripes, This year is a very special one for Mazad, with two important sales. - Mazad's traditional winter sale with its rich diversity of artistic and pictorial movements from the 19th century to the present day, including national and international artists. - A sale dubbed "les grandes collections", featuring the dispersal of a prestigious private collection in partnership with Millon, Maison de ventes aux enchères. For 10 years now, Chokri Bentaouit and Alexandre Millon have been working together to highlight Moroccan creativity. Let's end this year with a happy anniversary!

Terms of sale
Mazad et Art is a public auction company.
Mazad et Art acts as the seller's agent.
The auctioneer is not a party to the sales contract, which is exclusively between the seller and the successful bidder.
The general terms and conditions may be modified by notices or
during the auction.
GENERAL
The sale is conducted in cash and prices are in dirhams. The sale is made in DIRHAM only, estimates in euros are indicative. Buyer payments will be made in dirhams.
GUARANTEES
The seller warrants to Mazad et Art that it is the undisputed owner, or is duly authorized by the undisputed owner, of the goods.
offered for sale. A preliminary exhibition open to potential buyers will allow the seller or any expert who may accompany him to examine the works and personally appraise them. Prospective buyers must verify the description of the lots and form their own opinion, excluding any liability on the part of Mazad et Art.
Indications given by Mazad et Art as to the existence of any restoration, accident or incident affecting the lot, are expressed to facilitate its inspection by the prospective buyer and remain subject to his personal appreciation or that of his expert. The absence of any indication of restoration, accident or incident in the catalog, reports, labels or verbally, in no way implies that an item is free of any present, past or repaired defect. The mention of any defect does not imply the absence of any other defect. No claims (accidents, alterations, restorations) will be accepted once the sale has been announced.
ESTIMATES AND RESERVE PRICES
The estimated sale price appears next to each lot in the catalog. It does not include buyer's expenses or VAT. Dimensions are given for information only. Estimates are purely indicative and cannot be considered as implying the certainty that the item will be sold at the estimated price or even within the estimate range. Estimates do not constitute a guarantee of any kind. Estimates may be provided in several currencies; conversions may be rounded off differently from legal rounding. The reserve price is the confidential minimum price agreed with the seller, below which the property will not be sold.
PURCHASE ORDERS AND TELEPHONE AUCTIONS
Purchase orders and telephone bids must be made in writing, accompanied by a bank details form (RIB) and a copy of an identity document. In the event of several identical purchase orders, the first received will prevail. In both of the above cases, Mazad et Art cannot be held responsible in the event of execution problems (omission, faulty or busy telephone line).
SALE
Prior to the sale, bidders are invited to make themselves known to Mazad et Art in order to register their personal details and obtain a paddle. Without a paddle, it is impossible to bid. The sale takes place in the order of the lot numbers shown in the sales catalog.
The auctioneer is free to determine the order in which bids are placed, and bidders are obliged to comply. Mazad et Art reserves the right to refuse any bid, to organize the bidding in the most appropriate way, to move certain lots during the sale, to withdraw any lot from the sale, to combine or separate lots. Subject to the decision of the person conducting the sale for Mazad et Art, the successful bidder will be the person who has made the highest bid, provided that it is equal to or higher than the reserve price. The blow of the hammer will mark the end of the bidding, and the pronouncement of the word "adjugé" or any other equivalent will result in the formation of the sales contract between the seller and the last successful bidder. As soon as the lot is sold, the buyer takes full responsibility for it. It is the buyer's responsibility to insure the lots.
If two bidders have made equivalent bids, the item will be reoffered for sale at the price proposed by the last bidders, and new bids will be opened. All bidders assume full responsibility. The winning bidder may only obtain delivery of the lot after payment of the full price.
The successful bidder shall have no recourse against Mazad et Art in the event of theft, loss or damage to the lot after the auction.
COSTS TO BE BORNE BY THE BUYER
