The traditional Classic Centuries sale will take place on February 14, 2023, focusing on the decorative arts of the 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. The sale will feature a selection of works representing a broad panorama of interior decoration, and is intended to unite the firm's various specialties. Beginning, as usual, with a wide variety of antique paintings, portraits, religious scenes and landscapes from various schools, the sale continues with works from the Haute Epoque, including a Virgin in Majesty Sedes Sapientiae, various Louis XV and Louis XVI pieces of furniture, including some stamped by Vassou, Chevalier, Migeon, Riesener and Criard, and a selection of earthenware, including 17th-century Nevers.
