GARDE
*Venus or Mother Earth Goddess shown standing nude in callipyge form. Her face bears a superb, determined expression, her gaze alternating between light and darkness. Her head is covered by a crown drawn by regular incisions with two raptor claws plunging onto the forehead. Coffee-red, yellow ochre and beige terracotta, slightly broken-glued in two places, marks of time.
