shown standing nude, her hands, with atrophied arms, pointing skyward as a sign of appeal to the forces of nature or the divine. Her body is modeled by soft, generous forms, and her face is beautifully expressive, interiorized and protective. Beige terracotta with brown decoration, slight wear to slip, one broken arm and foot glued back together.
