CYNEGETIC AUCTIONS

Millon has a department dedicated to discerning collectors of hunting memorabilia. Our team of experts and auctioneers select objects linked to the world of hunting and its traditions... Specialists Mathilde and Pélage de Coniac organise the sales in this department.

An auction department dedicated to hunting

The MILLON auction house's hunting department offers catalogued sales in the auction rooms, online and live. Mathilde and Pélage de Coniac organise the sales in this department and help you sell your hunting items at the best possible price.

We offer a varied selection of hunting works: magazines, engravings and paintings depicting hunting scenes, bestiary sculptures, bronzes, hunting trophies, pieds d'honneurs and massacres.

Pistols, rifles and shotguns are also on sale. Millon showcases all the traditional art of hunting..

MILLON auctions bronzes by renowned artists such as Pierre-Jules Mène, Maximilien Fiot and Georges Lucien Guyot. Collector's pistols by Johannes Offermans, G Granger and Maffeo Badille are also presented at our auctions. As for paintings, our auction house offers works by the best-known hunting painters: Jules-Bertrand Gelibert, Georges Frédéric Rötig and Charles Olivier de Penne.

Located in Paris on rue de la Grange Batelière, just a stone's throw from the Hôtel Drouot, our experts and auctioneers bring to bear their expertise and the quality of their work.

The hunting auction calendar:

To sell at the best price and satisfy every buyer, our hunting auctions are divided into several dates:

● Catalogued sales offer manuals and magazines, hunting trophies and rifles, bestiary sculptures in bronze, clay, wood or plaster. These are by highly-rated artists such as Isidore Jules Bonheur and Pierre-Jules Mène. Engravings by Harry Elliot and paintings by Georges Frédéric Rötig also feature in our auctions.

● Online sales showcase hunting items at affordable valuations. They are ideal for hobbyists and allow you to present your hunting works in an attractive way. These sales take place on the Internet. They provide unlimited access to the catalogue and auctions from all over the world.

● So Unique Auctions: Do you own an exceptional and unique item? A trophy, painting or bronze that is unique, exceptional, rare and of great value can be presented to bidders on its own.

At the heart of hunting auctions, collections are also the focus of special attention to highlight the emotions of the collector or hunting enthusiast. The catalogues lend themselves to the game by conveying the collector's spirit. The collection can bear the collector's name, or remain anonymous.
