What happens at an auction following an inheritance?

On thebasis of the inventory , you decide whether to sell all or part of the furniture:

If you have not made a tax inventory, we can draw up a private inventory and then sell all or part of your possessions.

We take care of organising the sale from A to Z: inventory, transport, sales, payment.

You can sell in the name of a joint owner or, if the property has been divided, in the name of each heir.

Very often, in the case of an inheritance, the flat or house has to be emptied quickly, and in a very short space of time. In such cases, we organise transport and take care of storage, free of charge, while you wait for your belongings to be sold. You will be responsible for the cost of this transport, but you will not have to pay anything in advance. This amount will be deducted from the sales proceeds. A transport estimate will be submitted to you before the furniture is collected.

MILLON will store your belongings free of charge until the day of the auction.
