In-8 fir-green half-maroquin with wide black calf band, smooth spine, gilt title, black fillet on covers, gilt head, double covers and spine preserved, untrimmed (Creuzevault). Minor rubbing, spines very slightly sunned. First edition printed in 2120 copies (+25 hc); no. 242 of 275 on Hollande van Gelder white laid paper. Also by the same author, same publisher, in identical bindings: - Scènes de la vie future. 1930. First edition printed in 1944 copies (+25 hc); n°69 of 220 on Hollande van Gelder. - Tel qu'en lui-même. 1932. First edition printed in 2111 copies (+33 hc); n°245 of 198 on Hollande van Gelder. A BEAUTIFUL SET OF 3 VOLUMES in a very elegant uniform binding by Creuzevault.
