SMALL CABINET

In varnished mahogany veneer. It opens to reveal two shelves lined with yellow fabric and a drawer at the bottom, with straight, fluted uprights, resting on four sheathed feet, topped by a white marble surrounded by an openwork brass gallery. Brass ornamentation, sabots and key escutcheons, one with leaf decoration, the other with ribboned decoration. 19th century, Louis XVI style (accidents, missing parts and restorations, damaged marble, warped gallery)
