A moveable inventory is a document listing a group of moveable assets or works of art. Each item is numbered, described, authenticated, photographed and valued.
The inventory may be requested for a number of reasons:
- To draw up an insurance policy,
- For family reasons (marriage, divorce, civil partnership, donation, division, inheritance, etc.)
- To enhance the value of a collection
- For any other reason requiring an appraisal of one's personal assets.
