Settlement of the sale
Once your work of art has been purchased by a buyer, we proceed with the payment in accordance with the terms previously agreed with you during the mandate.
After the auction, MILLON notifies the seller by e-mail of the result of the sale, which is visible in your customer area.
Payment is made by bank transfer three weeks after the sale (as soon as the buyer has paid in full).
It is made up of the hammer price minus the seller's costs and expenses associated with the sale.
Solutions for unsold items
If your item has not found a buyer, the head of the department will present you with the opportunities at forthcoming sales so that you can decide whether or not to re-sell your lot.
Pending this decision, MILLON offers you 45 days' storage in our warehouse at 116 boulevard Louis Armand, 93 330 Neuilly sur Marne.
