How do I pay for the prizes I've won?

 

If you are present in the auction room:

 

When the lot is sold to you in the auction room, the auctioneer goes to you to give you the label identifying the lot.

From then on, the auctioneer's clerk is at your disposal until the end of the sale to finalise payment for your lots and issue you with a receipt.

So you don't have to wait until the end of the sale to pay and collect your purchase.

A purchase slip is issued during or after the sale.

If you bought online or at a distance :

 

The purchase slip is sent by e-mail.

In both these cases, you will also find your auction slip in your personal account.

 

 

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

 

- Credit card via our website.

- Bank transfer: our bank details are shown on our purchase slips.

- Cheque, with a time limit for collection and a €3,000 limit for new customers.

- Cash, up to a limit of €1,000 for EU nationals and €15,000 for non-EU nationals

- Our Brussels auction house accepts payment by Paypal, subject to certain conditions
